Laura McGinty - Member Development Director

Laura McGinty is a Member Development Director for PinnacleCare. Laura is responsible for developing and supporting PinnacleCare’s membership base among individuals and families. She carries a strong track record of providing high-quality customer service and building member rapport and membership affinity.

Laura has been a dynamic force in the healthcare community for over 15 years and has had an extensive background in both the corporate and nonprofit markets. Most recently, she served as Director of Development at Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services in Maryland, where she was responsible for fundraising, marketing, and implementing all development and operational systems for the nonprofit mental health agency. Prior to that, Laura held executive and manager roles at UnitedHealth Group. Her background also includes training of new account executives, facility administrators, as well as developing programs and best practices for long-term solutions for efficient and satisfied enrollments.
