Ms. Overstreet oversees all consumer marketing activities including web outreach, advertising, direct response and public relations. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing for Sylvan Learning, a Division of Educate Inc., Ms. Overstreet built a strong marketing initiative, generating leads, developing integrated marketing programs for the franchise company's 1,200 learning centers and revamping creative, media and interactive campaigns. Among her accomplishments during her prior tenure at eye care giant Bausch & Lomb, Inc., Ms. Overstreet directed North American Vision care marketing, served as director of global strategy and spearheaded B&L's first global new product launch for the ReNu lenscare brand. Ms. Overstreet also held distinguished leadership positions in sales, marketing, and marketing research for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Warner Lamber/Parke-Davis and Schering Plough.
