Upon becoming a PinnacleCare member we collect and update all of your health records. If you are part of a family membership we will collect all health records for each person in your family.
- Physician Review - Attention to the Details
Once all health records are collected, they are reviewed by PinnacleCare Physicians to identify any outstanding issues, concerns or risks. A PinnacleCare Advisor will then work with the member and their personal physicians to develop a customized plan of action to proactively address their health needs.

PinnacleCare members can choose whether they want their secure electronic health records available online or not. Security and privacy are of utmost importance for our members’ personal medical information.
