Do my Membership fees cover the cost of treatment?

Membership fees do not cover the cost of medical treatment. Executive Physicals are paid by PinnacleCare regularly depending on the level of Membership. The Member must pay all treatment costs, either through their insurance coverage or personally. Fees won't exceed usual and customary charges for such services.
