Upon becoming a PinnacleCare Member we collect and update all of your medical records. If you are part of a family membership we will collect records for each person in your family.
Physician Review - Attention to the Details
Once all medical records are collected, they are reviewed by PinnacleCare Physicians to identify any outstanding issues, concerns or risks. A PinnacleCare Advisor will then work with their member to develop a customized, plan of action to proactively address their health needs.
