One of our PinnacleCare Advocates recently fulfilled a Member’s request by identifying and researching several physicians in the new city where the family was relocating. The Member needed to choose a new internist, obstetrician/gynecologist, dermatologist and a pediatrician.

The PinnacleCare Advocate team located several top choices in each of these categories, and provided detailed information about each physician, including observations about the physician's personality and practice gathered from our fact-finding process. The family had a very narrow window of availability for appointment scheduling before leaving for their summer vacation, and their PinnacleCare Advocate successfully scheduled initial consultations within a three-day window.
