My husband was dealing with a multiple health conditions, including diabetes. They were starting to affect his walking and moving and we knew that we had to be proactive and try to find a way to manage them before it became much worse.

That’s when we turned to PinnacleCare. We had a very in-depth talk with our PinnacleCare Advocate and we agreed that there was more going on with his conditions than was previously thought. She meticulously combed through the medical papers that were being collected for storage and review. In them, she discovered a spinal MRI report from a couple of years ago. On it was a note from the physician that indicated that there should be follow-up. This note had been completely dismissed and overlooked over the years, but our Advocate knew better.

She immediately reviewed the information with us and is now working with us to take the next steps that will help my husband regain greater mobility. PinnacleCare’s attention to detail is impressive. If our Advocate had not taken time to review our medical records we would not be on a proactive health path. I am sure we would still be trying to deal with the frustration of his mounting symptoms.
