In this webinar, Dr. Patricia Bloom discusses the positive and negative aspects of our stress response and how too much stress can have a highly negative impact on our health, including aging.  She will then take us through the science behind the value of mindfulness and stress reduction, while helping us to find ways to integrate mindfulness into our daily routine for more effective stress management. Dr. Bloom is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Geriatrics and Internal Medicine at the Icahn Medical School of Mount Sinai, a past Vice Chair of the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY, and the Director of Integrative Health for the Martha Stewart Center for Living at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.
