Richard Rossi is a founder of Envision EMI, the world’s largest creator of experiential leadership and life success events for high achieving 5th grade-college students. Richard is also the founder and serves as Executive Director of The National Leadership Academies, which creates large scale stadium events to inspire and motivate high achieving high school students committed to medical and STEM careers. Prior to founding Envision EMI and its predecessor companies in 1985, Richard spent nine years in the United States Senate as Legislative and Executive Assistant to Lowell Weicker, Jr., the senior Senator and future Governor of Connecticut. Richard is a graduate of Georgetown University.

During the time he presided over Warner/Chappell as the Chairman and CEO, the company grew from a $30 million a year business to one generating over half a billion dollars a year.
