Todd Martin is the Chief Revenue Officer for PinnacleCare, responsible for accelerating growth and profitability through the development of new and existing distribution channels. Since joining PinnacleCare in 2012, Todd has developed the go-to-market sales strategy for PinnacleCare’s Connection model that currently supports over 3.5 million lives. PinnacleCare has established direct relationships with over 100 employer clients and developed many strategic partnerships in the healthcare services and insurance markets.
Todd has over 35 years of experience in various sales/account management and P&L leadership roles, primarily serving the needs of healthcare decision-makers across several markets that include Fortune 500 companies as well as health plans, unions, and government entities. Todd spent 25 years in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry and seven years in the group insurance market.
Previously for Medco, Todd successfully led efforts with Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) in developing the Towers Watson Rx Collaborative, a group purchasing organization representing over 30 national employers and $3 billion in drug spend. Prior to joining Medco, Todd led the national growth efforts for Caremark Prescription Service, now recognized as CVS Health. Todd has worked with large national employers, labor organizations, captives, strategic partners, and several Federal Employee Health Benefit Plans (FEHBP) under the oversight of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
Todd enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, supporting the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, taking in a good movie, traveling abroad, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
